Website/Weblinks:
EdTech Tool Usage Keywords:Assessment, Digital Practice, Flipped Classroom, Teacher Collaboration
EdTech Tool Uses:As teachers, we often find sites that have some great content that other teachers have created, but there's something slightly off (they phrase something differently, maybe they said "math" instead of "maths," etc...). With Edcite, you can go in and adapt any of the wording, questions, multimedia, or any aspect of an assignment to make it perfect for your context. Once you have your content ready to send to students you save loads of time with the auto-grading--it will auto-grade everything that isn't a written free response. I find the time-saving on the grading allows for teachers to go in and give more targeted feedback and support. I've seen Edcite used for in class practice, continuous assessment, exams, homework, and whole-group practice.
