| EdTech Tool Uses: | Jigsaw Planet is a free online service to create interactive jigsaw puzzles. Just upload a jpeg image to the site, choose how many pieces you want (anything from 4 to 300) and what shape you want the pieces to be (8 shape options to choose from). You can also choose to randomly rotate the pieces to make the puzzle more difficult. Puzzles can be saved to your own account, shared via social media or a direct URL, or embedded into blog/website/LMS page/etc. You can choose to create public or private puzzles; private puzzles can be seen and played only by you while public puzzles are available for everyone and are displayed on the 'Explore' screen (if you do not have any private album, you can create it on the My Puzzles page). Jigsaw Planet puzzles work very well on Interactive Whiteboards. |
