| EdTech Tool Uses: | Masher is an online video authoring service that allows you to create videos by mixing together video clips, music tracks, and photos and text using a drag-and-drop interface. You can create a video of you own directly (by uploading photos and video clips) or consult the Masher library for videos uploaded by others. Masher provides a simple but effective 'timeline' interface to add videos, photos, text, soundtrack and effects. Of particular use, Masher provides a large collection of video clips from BBC's Motion Gallery and Rip Curl libraries. It also has a large music library from which you can choose your soundtrack, and a number of different video player skins. The finished movie can be shared by social media and/or embedded using the supplied embed code. |
