Create a 'call for papers', collate submitted abstracts, organise and administer the peer-review process, notify successful applicants, register attendees and accept payment, publish paper and abstract submissions, publish conference proceedings, etc. OCS requires a server for hosting (usually a LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP configuration). OCS is a sister project of Open Journal Systems (OJS). |
