EdTech Tool Usage Keywords:automation, integration, apps
EdTech Tool Uses:'Do button' is from the makers of the hugely useful IFTTT (If This, Then That) service which allows you to create triggers and channels to create recipes (or use a recipe already created and shared by someone else) in order to automated tasks and processes using a variety of third-party services. The key difference between IFTTT (more recently renamed to just 'If') and 'Do Button' is that 'If' automatically detects trigger events and kicks off the automated process, where as 'Do Button' requires the user to manually start the process of by clicking a custom-made DO button. Just like IFTTT, you link 'Do button' to your third-party services, either create a new recipe or use an existing one that has been shared by another user, and create the process that suits your needs. The possibilities and potential uses of 'Do Button' (just like 'If'') are enormous (particularly as the 'Internet of Things' becomes more of a reality for everyday users).
